Wildflower Yoga Studio

I have been teaching Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga for over 10 years and I'm thankful for the people who have come into my path. We take our time to learn the basics; to improve strength, alignment, and balance. To discover, to share, to enlighten. To shed the ego and begin to see others as equal and treasured.
I opened my own studio after 5 years of slow progress, with much fear and doubt, My Yoga got me through it. In that 5 years, I endured cancer surgery and chemotherapy, My Yoga got me through that, too. I impress upon you just to try, any yoga, any where!
