Immaculately restored dairy barn, all stalls are below the ground. Cool in the winter and warm (never drops below freezing) in the winter.
Rubber matted stalls
2 water buckets in stall, fresh water daily
Free choice hay in stall. Hay fed in hay nets to extend grazing time and reduce waste
Salt blocks in stalls
Industrial Fans for the summer (NO box fans)
Fly spray in stall for control
Fly predators used on the property
Blanketing/fly sheet/fly mask as requested

Power outlet next to stall to power grooming equipment

Stalls are pressure washed yearly
Stalls bedded with wood shavings
Feed twice daily in stalls to ensure no competition for feed and to make sure medication or supplements are consumed

Rotational turnout 7 days a week, weather permitting
Stalls cleaned daily
Wash rack with hot and cold water
Pastures are rotated and drug to maintain optimal grazing.
Quality feed provided and we work with owner and veterinarian to provide optimal nutrition based on needs
Hay provided while in stall and in pasture if needed.
Tavern that includes seating, refrigerator, and microwave
150 x 200 arena with bluestone footing and clay base that is regularly maintained.
No additional fees for giving supplements, blanketing, fly masks, or fly spray if owner provides.
Horse trailer parking available
Barn manager has a Master Equine Manager certification.
No co-op or pasture board situations available. Due to liability issues and insurance we are unable to exchange board for work.
