My dairy goats get a very strict grain ration because of the taste in the milk. Because of this my girls’ milk is very sweet and rich. Goat milk is very healthy and full of natural yummy goodness! It is the easiest for people to digest and for those who are lactose intolerant, goat milk is the best alternative! Because my herd is small I am able to take the time to make sure my girls are producing the best milk possible. I do not pasteurize my milk. It comes from the goat, is filtered 3 times, and either frozen or placed in the fridge for pick-up. It is 100% raw goats’ milk and by South Dakota state law can and will only be sold of the farm. Meaning you come pick it up or I can deliver to your place for a small fee depending on your location. Prices are $6 per gallon and $3 per ½ gallon. I also have many goat milk products available. To include lotions, shave soaps, bar soaps, and body washes just to name a few!
My meat herd is split into two different herds. I have commercial herd and my show herd. Goat meat is very lean, flavorful, and has more protein and less fat than most meats! My herd is hormone and disease free. I have 100% meat with nothing added. These guys are grass and grain fed only. I believe the more natural and untouched the animal the better quality the meat. I have all cuts of meat available at certain times of the year and offer the choice of purchase. You can purchase a live animal and butcher yourself for cost of live weight; I can take the animal to your butcher at cost of dead weight by butcher and transport; or I can butcher and offer your choice of cut and the cost of each cut per pound. Ages of animals will vary. I can also hold a purchased animal (set cost until butchered) until a certain age or weight has been reached.
