Winnie Ikerd Golf Association

The Winnie Ikerd Golf Association is managed by Charlotte and Frank Ikerd. Our goal is to encourage young women and men to participate in the game of golf. Our activities include hosting golf tournaments in the Somerset, KY area to raise money for local high-school golf teams and players. All donations and contributions to the Winnie Ikerd Golf Association will be posted here and will be distributed to golf teams and players. Winnie Ikerd was a phenomenal woman golfer from Somerset, KY, who took up the game in her 40s. She won countless golf tournaments and awards during the next 45 years. She loved competing and was a memorable icon on the course, always dressed impeccably in sporty golfing attire. Her favorite color was pink.
