PERSONAL WISDOM PATH PROGRAM- CEUs available
3 month, 10-12 sessions 1.5 hrs/1x/wk This is our main program, deepest reaching of medical meditation practices- includes all 3 levels of meditation- relaxation response, mantra/sutra and the deepest level of medical meditation- Pranic Cycling, we call it- Miracle Breath.

We focus on one chakra each week, and teach you how to purify and align each chakra- which corresponds to specific organs, areas of the physical body, glands and hormones, areas of the brain, emotions and qualities in life. Each session includes focus on the heart chakra, which is connected with The Breath and Thymus- and controls the pituitary, the Master Gland of the brain.

You will learn how to purify negative energy- not just release, which only moves a negative energy, so it usually comes back in repeated patterns, Everything is energy, which has a vibrational frequency- and this is determined by your emotions. If you have negative emotion- 90% of these are in the subconscious, so you usually do not even realize they are there- you will experience situations to keep creating these same emotions- thru physical or mental pain or illness, unhealthy relationships, financial limitation, issues with others or global concerns. Everything in life is acting as a mirror of our negative emotions we need to purify, so use life consciously, and everything as an opportunity for healing and growth- for yourself, as well as, others and the planet. <3

Negative emotion has a lower vibration, which creates a condensed area in the nervous system- like a clogged artery- and eventually this "dis-ease" condenses to create disease- just like with the word itself. It can be disease in the body, mind, relationships, finances, the world around you, etc. The Pranic Cycling meditation works at the root of the issue- and deeply purifies the subconscious, shifts your vibrational frequency, which creates your reality- and the situation is quickly corrected. This is why we called it Miracle Breath, because it truly is.

Research, Reading, 10 kriya meditation training- One of the Services we provide is a Tantric Numerology Assessment- Ask for example, if interested. You will receive details on each of your 5 aspects- Soul, Karma, Gift, Destiny and Path, according to the 11 Bodies of Consciousness, determined by your birthdate. Each person has their own unique combination of aspects and it is very empowering to know how you are wired and where you need support. PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION program- which includes the Personal Session Program, Group Classes, 1 Silent retreat, the 3 Immersions above, as well as a Review and Practicum Immersion, with short personal practicum and written test. SHAMANIC HEALING Sessions and Group Drum Journeys-
We include basic Shamanic aspects in the Personal Session Program, but can also provide specific sessions in only shamanic practices. Group Drum Journeys are also available, and many times are connected with a Group Sound Healing gathering. Sophia is in her practicum, so is offering reduced sessions at $45/hr.


SOUND HEALING Group Concerts-
Heart Chakra Gong, along with Sound Bowls, various rattles, drums, chimes, facilitate deep relaxation, excellent after a deep purification practice, to allow complete integration and grounding. Our sessions include both purification using a short pranic cycling, etc. followed with the Sound Healing experience. We can provide personal Breath and Sound Therapy Sessions, also. BODY WISDOM Sessions-
A powerful form of body energy work, combining Reiki, Feldenkris, Alexander Technique, Kundalini massage- you will learn how to practice this on yourself during the Personal Session Program, is also always part of each Personal Session or opt for an individual session. $80/1 hr
