WITC Cosmetology Duluth/Superior-3rd Floor Design

We want to thank you for your interest in our salon. If it weren't for customers such as you we would not be able to practice our skills. To better understand how our salon works, please read this description in its entirety.
We are a school first and a salon second. Our students are continually learning new skills to practice on clients but there are times when we can not offer all services to the public. As students test out of a service, they are able to offer it to you. Our hours change constantly and if you receive our greeting when you call, PLEASE listen to it in full as our current hours of operation will be listed. We are only able to answer the phone and book appointments during those hours. ALL other hours are dedicated to classroom learning as to better serve you.
3rd Floor Design is a student staffed salon for the WITC Cosmetology Program servicing the Duluth/Superior area. All services are supervised by a licensed Instructor. Not all services are available at all times and services performed are subject to instructor approval.
We are not able to post hours due to our changing schedules. It is best to call 715-394-5942 with questions. If we are not open the voicemail greeting will list our current hours. Please listen to the greeting in it's entirety. At this time we are not able to book appointments via messaging. Thanks and we look forward to making you beautiful!
