When the legendary Hotel Bel-Air re-opened in fall 2011 after a two-year extensive re-design, Wolfgang Puck took over the food and beverage operations for the entire property, including the signature restaurant, Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air. The menus reflect the healthy Calfornia lifestyle, infused with European and Mediterranean influences. Acclaimed design firm, Rockwell Group, is responsible for the re-design of the restaurant, terrace and famous hotel bar. The bar now extends into the outdoors and features garden niches and a cozy lounge inside with a grand piano and fireplace. The dining room features multiple glass wine cellars displaying more than 2400 bottles of the restaurant's collection and helps separate the main dining room from the private dining space. The restaurant also features outdoor dining on its large terrace and copy booth seating in private alcoves.
