Prices are for basic plaques & are priced by wood size with 1 photo:
$35 large
$25 med

$5 additional fee for bark wood
$10 additional fee for two combined photos (background picture with photo inserted)

When making an order, I must have the following (Please see order form):
1. Size and shape of wood (allow 0.5" for edge)
2. Size and shape of picture (keeping in mind size of original) see #7
-ex: you can have an oval 5x7 photo on a square 8x10 wood. Price is based on size of wood
3. Photo detail
-color: color, sepia, etc
-faded edges, jagged, or blunt edges
4. Any text to be added, font and color of text, placement of text, and any other details
-ex 1: my name outside of photo
-ex 2: name & dates in grandmother's photo. also, poem in photo
5. Any other details I need to create the transfer you desire, especially if using multiple photos
6. If a glossy clear coat is to be added. (can not be added to bark wood)
***7. Good quality photo(s): the quality of the transfer will highly depend upon the quality of the photo. This includes background photo.
-ex: a wallet size photo made into an 8x10 will distort
8. Background photo picked out at time of order.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE USE OF A PHOTO

Please note that orders are finalized at the time of the order & must be paid for at that time (CASH or MONEY ORDERS only). Plaque will be available for pick up 4 weeks from date of purchase.

-Russellville, KY (Wal-Mart)
-Auburn, KY (Minit Mart)
