Join the new WORKForce. With a motivational workout backed by applied exercise science, equipment that allows you to train the way your body was designed to move, and outstanding customer service, each 50 minute class at WORK will reconstruct your mind and body.

Co-Founders Dane Miklaus and Scott Perry met after each having spent a decade in the fitness industry, training both one on one and hundreds of clients in group setting formats. They came together based on their mutual creativity to find a solution to the routine of going to the gym, but didn’t “feel like work." :)

From their minds (and muscles), WORK was born. Based on the idea that we live most of our lives at home or at work (in this case, think office), we want WORK to feel like a second home, and we want you to feel like family. We will do our best efforts to know you by name, your limitations and your capabilities. Some of our equipment you may have never used before, we’ll take the time to explain how, and why, we use it. First, we’ll retrain our bodies how to move. Then, we'll move better, faster, stronger.
