This is a Male/Female partner competition hosted at SYR CrossFit featuring Elite, RX and Scaled Divisions on October 22nd, 2016 starting at 8 AM. Cash prizes, athlete bags and podium prizes for the top 3 teams in each division. The day will consist of 4 workouts. You will not only be ranked against people at this location you will be ranked against people participating in this competition around the world! We are the official PA host for this event.
