WFD started in 2001 after Ms. B. completed the teacher training syllabus from the Institute for Excellence in Writing. In 2008, Ms. B. earned Accomplished Accreditation through IEW.

Over 200 students take Writing Foundations each year. Since 2001, hundreds of students have gone on to college and careers with a solid foundation of powerful writing skills for life!
