ABOUT | Casa Wynwood is an exclusive, members only, living, breathing, luxury lifestyle laboratory located in the heart of Miami’s world-renowned Wynwood Arts District. What’s a “lifestyle laboratory”? Read on.
The Wynwood area is all about creative chaos. It absolutely radiates imagination. Wynwood Lab draws from that energy to produce incredible original “art” in all its forms:

Wynwood Lab covers 7,800 square feet, and every inch of the place exudes collaboration and creativity. It’s divided into a 2,500 square foot interior lifestyle space, a 2,700 square foot Secret Garden, a 1,600 square foot gallery, and a 500 square foot live art demonstration area where members can watch art come to life.

At the heart of Wynwood Lab is motivation, inspiration and constant evolution. Each quarter, the Lab’s interior is visually recreated by a high profile designer, and twice per year the exterior is reimagined by a leading landscape architect. On a monthly basis, the Lab’s gallery changes to showcase new art based on a theme.

Luxurious & Artistic in Wynwood Miami
Complete with a full indoor kitchen and Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet kitchen fitted with the the most luxurious appliances and furnishings the world has to offer, Wynwood Lab is quickly being dubbed the most luxurious high fashion place for events in Wynwood Arts District. On a daily basis artist members consider the space a meeting turf and high end art gallery while others have booked news conferences, private dinners, weddings, and corporate meetings. The floor plan can be much like a home with a library, dining/conference room, full-sized kitchen with a 48" Tecnogas gas range, a U-Line ice maker, Liebherr refrigeration and freezer, 2- GE Monogram dishwashers, U-Line Beverage Cooler. The exterior is home to a large elongated Secret Garden designed by landscape architect David Font.
