Yoga Junkie Studio

Yoga Junkie Studio is Niceville's only Hot Yoga studio. Co-Owner Kristy Souto says, “We are passionate about helping people live an authentic life, on and off the mat.” Each member of the highly trained staff are certified or registered in their craft, with several instructors holding a 500 hour certification. Off the mat, the studio even features two instructors who are also Registered Dietitians, including co-owner Teri Harnett. The studio’s ceiling-mounted infrared heating lamps create different temperatures for its popular Hot Yoga and Warm Yoga classes. Yoga Junkie also features non-heated classes including Beginner’s Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Hatha/Vinyasa blend, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga and more.

Yoga Junkie offers Adaptive Yoga in Chairs, funded by the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, to benefit those with very limited mobility. Those with MS attend at no charge. Yoga Junkie offers special events like a Glow with the Flow Yoga class, featuring black lights and students covered in glow-in-the-dark paint, Family Yoga, training sessions for other instructors and community workshops for learning about holistic living and other topics. Members and non-members can shop the Yoga Junkie product line of high-end yoga mats and equipment, essential oils, apparel and more.
