Welcome to Youfit Carrollwood! This is Youfit’s 19th club in the greater Tampa Bay area. We are located South of Ehrlich Road, across from Grand Plaza, and a quick 12 miles from downtown Tampa - just minutes from highway I-275.

An expansive 20,000 sq. ft., Youfit Carrollwood features top-of-the-line equipment as well as a plethora of resistance and weight training equipment. Our pristine fitness center will provide everything you need to achieve your fitness goals including additional amenities like YouGX (group exercise classes) which is now included in both membership prices!, YouCoach our personal training program and our 30 minute Express Circuit station. We also offer extended hours of operation (24 hours a day) Monday through Friday!
