Change is coming. And it CAN be the one we want. The Earth is living the consequences of our past choices. Our focus has been on unsustainable growth. It’s now hurting us, the Earth, and all of its systems that give us life. We have the power to shift this reality and create a new story. It’s as simple as stopping for a minute every day, closing our eyes, becoming conscious of our breath which is a gift of the atmosphere, and envisioning the most positive outcomes for all humanity and species on the planet, present and future. As we envision what the world we want, we place our focus on that vision, and direct our thoughts towards where we want to be. This simple act, practiced every morning, makes us aware of our actions for the rest of the day. It empowers us to understand that our every day decisions, conscious or unconscious, create our reality. By making those decisions consciously, we get to build the world we want - a healthy, equitable, peaceful world.
