107 is the end result of a trip through San Antonio, Comfort, Fredericksburg, and other cities and towns in central and south Texas, where corners are dotted with little beer gardens and funky cafe's.

107 Grand Avenue was slated to be demolished when Sherrie spotted it and had the brainchild of putting a beer/wine garden/gastro pub in it. A year later, and a contractor who was committed to a project unlike he had ever done, here we are.

107 is not a bar, but, an open-air oasis located inside the walls of this historic, old building. We will offer a nice selection of beers and wines, which will be changing regularly, with input from our customers, and a wide selection of small plates, including street tacos, fish & chips, sliders, flatbread sandwiches and other goodies.

We are a relaxing, open-air spot where our customers can come to unwind, and have a bite and a nice glass of wine, a unique brew, a soft drink or a cup of our "107" brand coffee, custom blended by Gerald Hutchings of "That Guy's Coffee". We also have a menu for the kids, including ice-cold bottles of Coke, along with a bag of peanuts.

Come enjoy a little taste of Austin, all the way up here in historic, downtown Paris, Texas.

BTW, if you see the white, Paris Downtown Association flag out, we are open. We've posted our hours, but if business is good, we will extend them as needed.
