10th CAVALRY TROOP B FOUNDATION

On July 28, 1866, after the civil war, the United States 39th congress authorized the U.S. Army Reorganization Act to form six regiments of Colored troops: four infantry and two cavalry. We represent the 10th Cavalry, horse soldier.
Aaron Plump and Douglas Woodard founded this organization with the purpose of of inispiiringthe public to become aware of the prominent role that the Buffalo Soldiers held.
