Located just outside of Des Moines, we are home to Iowa's only 10th Planet school! 10th Plant offers no-gi jiu-jitsu founded by legend Eddie Bravo.

We are not your traditional martial arts school, our instructors have taken unique techniques/drills/ideas/theories and applied them to our curriculum. We have programs for kids ages 4-12 and adults of all levels!
