17th Avenue Place Event Center

Our 4,000 square foot event center rental was built in June of 2012 in Longmont, Colorado and can accommodate up to 100 guests. The center has a dance floor, bar area and a separate cafe room for the food service at your event.
The event center also has a large screen television, and Wi-Fi for presentations,and slide shows for meetings and seminars.

Our on site and off site catering services are provided by Seventeenth Avenue Catering Services.

We also allow outside catering or the option to bring in your own food granting great flexibility to your budget!!
