The historic 1848 Island Manor House Bed and Breakfast is located in the charming community of Chincoteague, a romantic island filled with yester-year charm and sponsor to the annual pony round-up, auction and carnival. Chincoteague is located between Virginia’s Eastern Shore mainland and the famous Assateague Island. Here you will enjoy the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, Assateague National Seashore (37 miles of unspoiled beach), Assateague Lighthouse, Eastern Coastal migratory birds and, of course, the Chincoteague wild ponies!

Our Inn is fully air conditioned and has wireless internet access. We have eight well-appointed bedrooms and 3 common rooms which provide ample space for relaxation, games, conversation, or a quiet glass of wine! In one of our 2 parlors we have a large flat screen t.v. for that “can’t miss” show or sporting event. We provide refreshments 24 hours a day and all you need for the beach including bikes. Outside, calming, soft music and our bubbling fountain welcome you into the serenity of our garden courtyard. Our red brick courtyard is perfect for an early morning cup of freshly brewed coffee while reading the morning paper. After a wonderful gourmet breakfast you will be ready to explore “The Last Frontier” a nickname for our area due to the fact that our seashore is the only stretch left from Ocean City to Virginia Beach where one can enjoy miles of natural, undeveloped, pristine beaches. Located on historic Main Street, we are minutes from restaurants, shops and water activities. We will provide you with local knowledge and assist you in booking any activities you desire. We have the finest credentials in successfully coordinating ALL your wedding requirements on your most special day!
