192 Fitness Club

192 Fitness Club is under the direction of Sensei Nazim Ali. Sensei has 30 years of experience. He and his staff will help you achieve a mind, body and spirit connection.

The Club offers a unique combination of martial arts, aerobic and weight training, dance and yoga classes. Youth, adolescents and adults are welcome at 192 Fitness Club Monday through Saturday by class schedule. Private instruction by appointment only.

Sensei Ali invites all interested for a free tour of the facility including aerobic equipment and weight training area, the space dedicated to martial arts training and competition, fitness studio, locker rooms and showers.
