1954 Manufacturing is a family-owned and operated truck body builder located in north Texas. 1954's state-of-the-art facilities encompass over 200,000 square feet under roof situated over 160 acres. all of 1954's employees are trained to the highest standards of quality assurance and are responsible for the durability of every 1954 product. 1954 utilizes the time-tested concept of assembly lines and incorporates cutting edge technology to produce high-quality products at affordable pricing.
1954's fabrication department utilizes advanced machinery such as Gantry Plasma machines, CNC press brake machines, banders and rollers. 1954 uses CAD programmed machinery to maximize efficiency in production by minimizing waste in material which keeps costs down. The fabrication department is the first stage of production and is responsible for engineering and assembling each product to the customer's specifications.

1954's paint department utilizes abrasive blasting to prepare each 1954 truck body for the paint process. Once preparations are complete, 1954's painters will coat the bodies with Industrial Grade primer followed by a construction grade paint to ensure a durable finish. 1954 offers a wide range of finish colors for your truck body and will match virtually any color to fit your needs.

1954's installation department is in charge of preparing the chassis for installation and performing the installation of 1954's bodies. Once the bodies are mounted, 1954's experienced technicians will perform a series of rigorous tests to ensure that the bodies operate safely and effectively. Once thoroughly tested by our installation department, additional Quality Control tests are performed to ensure that the finished product is ready for shipment.
