1st Source Personnel is a new way to conduct Human Resources as a business by way of Staffing Solutions or Applicant Review.

We also offer several services that allow you to screen your own background before you start applying for jobs. This includes a review of your references and previous employers in which you can find out if they gave a positive review and use that to screen out bad references. We also can perform 3 different levels of background checks. The first level being a local state single scope check, the second multiple states through 8 national sources, and the final a fight back option that allows you to fight any background check results that are erroneous or outdated.

We offer a wide range of resume designs from basic to more advance designs, or can build you a custom design based off another resume you found or just your own layout notes.

Finally 1st Source Personnel GIVES BACK. Our owner is a proud veteran of the US Military and strives to help others in need. We strongly support Veterans Connection an initiative that helps provide homes to veterans in need in the State of Texas.
