The 2380 Film Club at the University of Akron is a student organization dedicated to film making and the film industry. Established in 2005, the 2380 Film Club has produced a variety of original short films including Feast of Fools, One Last Chill, and The Analysis. During the fall, the Club also hosts an independent film festival in Akron, Ohio. This event celebrates filmmakers in the Northeast Ohio region and elsewhere. In addition to film festivals, 2380 also presents a variety of film screenings, open to all students. Meetings are held Mondays at 7:00 PM in Leigh Hall, room 408.
