The 24FIT Challenge free bootcamp craze is happening all over the country and even internationally. We are on a quest to fight obesity and help our community get healthy! Current U.S. statistics show that 35.7% of all Americans are obese and 68% are overweight!

Our 24FIT Challenge exercise bootcamps are provided as a free community service and are run every 5 weeks, as a 4 week program.
