Not everyone who would like to sell their home is able to do so. They either have a lack of equity in their home, or the time frame they need to sell may be too short, or there may be any number of other reasons why they can’t sell through traditional means. Likewise, there are many people with steady jobs and good income who would like to buy a home, but because of credit or some other reason, are unable to get a loan. My job is to find a way to overcome these obstacles - a strategy that allows both homeowners and buyers to achieve their goal.
