34 North Gym has opened in Santa Monica. The 34 North system brings out the human athlete within for a full body transformation using primal training philosophies. 34 North’s owner Tanner Martty, is an athlete, personal trainer and fitness enthusiast. His programs integrate barbells, kettle bells and progressive body weight exercises as well as unconventional training methods utilizing gymnastic rings, ropes, medicine balls, monkey bars and other unorthodox equipment to bring you to that next level of personal fitness, all in a supportive community with a sense of fun and play.
