Phase 1: Develop great striking skills and conditioning with our Kickboxing classes. This class will get you fit while teaching you how to strike with your hands, shins, elbows, and knees.
Phase 2: Add tools to your tool box. Once students know how to strike and move, we can add self defense skills with Krav Maga.
Phase 3: Mindset. This comes with time. In a self defense situation, failure is not an option. In all of our classes we strive to build you up both mentally and physically.
