We are a boutique fitness studio offering HIIT circuit classes in a fun and non-intimidating environment.
In the space of 45 minutes you will push, pull, jump, ski, cycle, slam, row and much more. We change our workouts daily to keep things fresh and to keep you motivated!

Originally founded in Sydney, Australia, 3D Fitness is the 'brain child' of husband and wife team Chris and Nancy Hargreave. After meeting at their local boxing gym, it wasn't long before they were married and began working on plans to open their own fitness studio. They believe that Chris' experience in the fitness industry, coupled with Nancy's background in business and customer service, gives them the perfect combination to offer a boutique and personalized training experience to their members.
