4 Star Gym

4 Star Gym has a 40+ year history. The gym has an old school feel, with many of its members training for strength focused sports such as powerlifting, olympic lifting, crossfit, etc. The gym has five power racks, Forza Competition Bench, Kettle Bells, Dumb bells up to 150 lbs, Kilo plates, pound plates, bumper plates, and a Jui Jitsu/Wrestling room.

In addition to personal training options, 4 Star Gym is home to Game Time Strength (GTS) & Conditioning. Game Time Strength is a multi-coach, team based training system for those looking to improve their movement patterns, operate under a goal based nutrition system and master strength in the big lifts like squat, bench, deadlift, and overhead press.
