414 was created to develop the elite athlete. We strive to provide players with the necessary tools they need to reach the next level of their hockey career. With over 30 years of elite/professional hockey experience, through the use of technology and the latest training protocols, we seek to transfer the knowledge and experience gained through our playing experience to our athletes in order to develop their skill, performance, and hockey IQ - an area of development often lacking in the traditional model.
