We hand pick our olives in the cool morning air, mill within four hours, rack and store our oil in stainless steel, and warehouse in a climate controlled dark room. Our Story:
Our ancestors settled on California’s Central Coast in 1864 and began farming the land we call 43Ranch. We are proud fifth generation farmers. The soil characteristics and mild climate of the southern Salinas Valley mirror the characteristics of old world olive growing regions. We hope you can taste the passion that comes from our love of the land we call 43 Ranch.
