4EVER FIT WITH JANET has grown consistently since it's inception in March of 2012. There are different classes to fit everyone's Fitness needs. My Certifications include Zumba and Pound Fitness to Life Coaching and Healthy Eating for Weight Loss. I am confident I am able to support and guide you properly throughout your journey and thereafter.
