504 East Perry is a beautiful historic stone home located on the shores of Lake Erie just a hop, skip and jump from the water, with a beautiful view from the front veranda and front rooms. The front lawn is a great place for a game of bocce ball, touch football or just watching the boats! Relax in the back yard by the fountain….you won’t even know you are in town.

A nature preserve is adjacent to 504 so you can relax on the veranda and watch the eagles soar, the herons strut or sailboats flying their spinnakers. Historic Downtown Port Clinton is a quick stroll and home to amazing restaurants, bars, galleries, antique stores, free trade store, fish house, charter boats and ice cream parlor. The 4th Thursday of every month the Greater Port Clinton Area Arts Council holds their ARTWalk in the downtown giving you a chance to meander the streets and businesses and see the remarkable talent our area has to offer and enjoy the camaraderie of the town.

Walk to the Jet Express to explore Put-in-Bay or take a short drive to Catawba Island to catch the Miller Ferry if you want to take your car. Drive to Marblehead and view the Marblehead Lighthouse, explore Lakeside, visit Johnson’s Island where Confederate prisoners of war were held in the military prison, jump on the Ferry- M. V. Shirley Irene to go to Kelley’s Island or take a short drive and spend the day at fun filled Cedar Point.
