7 Star Fitness, is owned and operated by L. "WuD" Woodruff. With 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, WuD has earned his stripes as a well respected and sought after personal trainer and fitness advisor. He started out as a personal trainer at Samson's Health & Fitness Center in Lithonia, Ga in 2004. Within a year, he became head trainer of a staff of 9 other trainers. Later that year, WuD was promoted to Fitness Director, in charge of organizing and creating group fitness classes, designing strength and conditioning programs for personal training clients, connecting prospecting personal trainining clients with like personal trainers, and overseeing a staff of fitness specialist and consultants who helped to maintiain a vibrant, clean, and effiecient exercise environment. after operating in this management role for about 2 years, WuD moved into the buniess owner role. In 2006, he started Superior Physiques Personal Training, which at the time only offered mobile services in client's homes and businesses. With the demand for his services rising through the roof, he soon found a new home in his very own establishment at Superior Physiques Personal Training Studio in Conyers, Ga.

After a brief exit from the professional fitness industry, WuD is now back with more knowledge and experience to help you achieve the health and fitness goals you desire for yourself under the new 7 Star Fitness. WuD has worked with several of the industries leading health and fitness clubs and training facilities including Urban Active Fitness, La Fitness, Anytime Fitness and X3 Sports. WuD has held certifications with and studied training philosophies of ESA, NASM, and NCSF along with memberships with IDEA Health & Fitness Association.
