757 Poke'

We were introduced to Poke' while visiting California for a friends wedding in 2015. We loved it so much that every chance we got we went to a poke' bowl place. We must have visited 8 different places up and down California! It was such an awesome yet simple concept!

When we got back to Virginia we went looking for Poke' but did not find anywhere that served it the way they did on the west coast. So we started making our own Poke'. This lead us to researching and looking up recipes!

Poke' itself is a very simple dish and we started experimenting and making poke' regularly. Our friends and family loved it so much that we thought maybe we could bring a fast casual style Poke' place to the 757.

757 Poke' was born from our love of fresh fish served in a simple but delicious way! Poke' bowls!!! We have spent the better part of last year connecting with seafood distributors and sampling fish from many places. We love the ocean and we do our best to source our fish from sustainable and responsibly harvested sources. We pay a bit more but to us the planet is worth it! And we hope our children can continue to enjoy Poke' forever!

Because of the great feedback from family and friends we have decided to try to offer a delicious alternative here in our area! We don't claim to be Poke' experts but we do enjoy a good Poke' bowl ourselves and we look forward to serving up our take on a delicious poke' bowl!!!
