In 30 minutes, our nine rounds of intervals incorporate strength training, kickboxing, and effective core work to burn 300+ calories and leave you feeling energized. Everyone’s schedule is different, which is why our daily workout on the board is planned to be quick and efficient. Walk in whenever you’d like -- without regular class schedules, you’ll always be on time.
