9Round is unlike any gym experience you've ever had. We are a 30 Minute circuit-based workout. There are no class times so you just come in at your convenience. Being that we are a kickboxing workout you'll be making your way through the 9 stations (rounds) punching and kicking the bags, but that's only part of the workout. At 9Round we focus on strength building and getting a strong solid core as well.

All 9Round memberships include unlimited workouts with a TRAINER INCLUDED with every workout. All fitness levels can do 9Round because the trainer is there to modify the workout to meet your specific needs and goals.

You'll never get bored at 9Round because the workout changes every day. Each of the 9Rounds has the day's workout posted. One day you may be doing punches and hooks combined with sit-up punches to the bag, and another day you're kicking and doing burpees. All along the trainer is there to push you just enough for you to get the best workout possible.
