Walking distance from Downtown and Campus, we are your go-to for a Fast, Full-Body workout.

We are proud to bring you a new and exciting fitness routine. We combine boxing and kickboxing techniques into our workouts to give you an engaging and invigorating workout.
-A new workout begins every 3 minutes, you will be in and out in 30 minutes!
-Everyday the workout changes, so you will never do the same workout twice.
-Our certified trainers will be with you every round, pushing and motivating you to do your best!
