A Journey Inward is a yoga and meditation studio that is created for you to make a greater connection to yourself and the people in your community.

We've intentionally created a safe, vibrant space designed to bring different people together who hold one the common value of taking your journey inward.

In a sacred space without discrimination, you find your true voice, claim your power, and celebrate your self-worth, leading to personal and transformation.

The Journey Inwards represents that path you take coming from the outer world (work, obligations, stress) to the inner world ( relaxation, inner truth, innate wisdom, greater awareness). As you journey your path your whole being can feel strengthened, welcomed, more complete, and whole.

We have yoga, meditation, Qoya, health and happiness workshops, spiritual development classes, and so much more for you to take choose what to use to take your journey.
