Julie Melser with Home Bridge Financial. Julie not only walked us through the loan, but this remarkable and "client first" loan officer, came to us while we were on vacation to get papers signed! This incredible woman has made trips to the home to see first what we were purchasing, and then she calls and swings by on her way home from her own vacation to see progress! There aren't many of these mortgage reps out there like Bill and Julie!

Certified Termite and Pest Control-Jerry Mostellar...This gentleman not only services our current home, but my business as well. So we asked him to check out the new home. His inspection and report to the bank was like no other! Even the loan officer commented on the thorough report and blue print like drawing of the dwelling and all its needs (moisture, previous termite damage etc.) He is upfront, honest and stands by quality work. No short cuts with this company! Thank you Jerry!

Lowes of Simpsonville and Greenville!- so far the are our GO TO for home improvements! Love the staff and all their help! I want to shout out to Gwen for her time on a holiday weekend to come out and measure and estimate out new windows! She explained all the different brands, types, extras, etc! We can not wait for them to arrive!

We will continue to add local businesses to our page to not only promote good quality, but also good customer service! I will not hesitate to criticize poor workmanship either. No false praise here.
