Jean Lafitte is a fantastic get-a-away that is only minutes from downtown New Orleans. Come and stay awhile! You can fish on property or in the nearby murky waters of our Louisiana swamps. Our swamps and
wetlands have lots of interesting wildlife and exotic plant life to see.

There are tons of great activities to do during your stay. Take a hike at our local nature trail or enjoy a canoe ride in the open waters. Spend some time on a tour boat or for a little more excitement take an airboat ride.
