ARC is a FULL service GC / capital repair vendor with a complete experienced staff. Our team includes professional estimators, multiple seasoned office professionals that handle work orders, invoicing, lien waivers, communication with brokers and sales specialists, and a full time accountant. Our team is well versed in meeting with one of our many crew chiefs' at the beginning of each job to set up all projects for success. A second quality control visit occurs thereafter to confirm progress and quality is in line and the job is coming in on time. Lastly, a final quality control check occurs that either results in a pass or a fail alongside of a punch list when needed. Once passed the office takes the job to invoicing.

Our team ensures that proper time and date stamped photos of before, during and after work are closely inspected and monitored. All photos, estimates, and permits if applicable as well as all other relevant information is then uploaded into our management system for record keeping. This information is fully available to our clients per their request.

We understand the importance of liability, insurance and delivering a professional service. ARC carries workmen’s comp, general liability, and a GC license for over 70 cities in Illinois and Indiana. We also have a mold remediation license, lead safe certification and facilitate inspections for roofing, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. We hold great relationships with structural engineers and have great experience with discoloration projects as well as entire home demolition to take on any job.
