Welcome to A Simpler Thyme ltd.! There are over 100 references in the bible related to herbal importance and usage. Our Heavenly Father put everything that our body could possibly need right here in front of us, such as: herbs, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, trees, water, fresh air and sunshine. All of these components contain every essential property to nurture our body, mind and spirit. It is our responsibility to utilize these gifts and draw from them the knowledge to better ourselves, our loved ones and the world.

At A Simpler Thyme ltd. that is exactly what I am here to do! Being a Master Herbalist I have studied, appreciated and used herbs for decades. It is my hope and desire to guide you on a personal journey to help reconnect your "inner herbalist" with all of these God given gifts.
