A Spoonful of Sugar is a locally bakery/deli located at 1155 Ryan Street. It is on the corner of Clarence & Ryan in the Transit Authority building. It is owned & operated by Daniel and Cindy Ellender who are proud parents of 9 children. Daniel is a USMC Veteran and currently works for the DOE, as well as the Lake Charles Marshall's office. Their oldest serves in the USAF, while 6 others attend Moss Bluff schools leaving only 2 attending daycare.
