A to Z Books

A to Z Books is located in downtown North Platte, Nebraska at 115 W. 4th st., home of Buffalo Bill's ranch, Union Pacific's Baily Railroad Yard, and the World War II Canteen. Over 50,000 books including a variety of selections of used paperback and hardback books that are bought, sold and traded. Offering customers a rich, warm and comforting atmosphere, our books are all displayed by category to enhance shopping. Our wide selection includes military, regional, western, no n-fiction and children's books along with many collectable books to choose from. We also ORDER and OFFER new books, which includes local authors that range from history, local lore, humor, and poetry. The store hosts an OPEN MIC every second Friday and fourth Saturday of every month. This is an opportunity to present: poetry, music (of any genre), jokes, or anything an individual or group would like to share in a casual environment. All are welcome whether you would like to perform or enjoy the entertainment. The more the merrier!
