Hello and Welcome!



My name is Kristy Dingee and I am owner/photographer for A Touch of Whimsy Photography. I specialize in Newborn, Maternity and First year Photography.

I started A Touch of Whimsy Photography officially in 2014 with the Love and support of my family. My love of Photography started over 20 years ago when my husband purchased my very first point and shoot camera for our 2nd Anniversary. Jump 21 years and three beautiful children later I have had plenty of special moments to capture and find my voice as a photographer.

With that love and support I finally opened the doors to my own business and look forward to capturing your special moments as a growing family. Whether it's capturing your pregnancy, your sweet newborn or wild and free two year old! I want to be there with you to capture that precious moment in time that seems to move so fast...

I have a studio right in the heart of Gig Harbor set up perfectly for Newborn, Maternity and First year portraits. Lot's of goodies to choose from, soft knits, hair ties, bonnets and blankets... As well as a lovely collection of Maternity gowns.
