A Vicious Cycle

"A" Vicious Cycle is an official Spinning(R) facility that offers you the absolute BEST in indoor cycling! Classes are 1 hour and are full of ENERGY and EXCITEMENT! All levels are welcome and you are encouraged to ride at your own level! You will ride about 20 miles and burn between 600-1000 calories! We offer Virtual Rides on a big screen, TABATA Rides, Club Rides, Strength Rides, Interval Rides and much more! Remember....IT'S ALWAYS YOUR RIDE!

FEES:
FIRST RIDE IS ALWAYS FREE! Single rides are $12, 3 rides for $30(expires 60days) and 10 rides for $75(expires 6mths) (these are punch cards that you may use at your own leisure). If you plan on Spinning(R) more then twice a week then we offer UNLIMITED rides for $85 a month. We hope to see you riding with us soon! You WILL LOVE every ride!
