Owner Abby Mondau was born and raised in Olympia, Washington. She is part of a supportive family team of five (one baker and four taste-testers). Abby took her love of baking for friends and family to a whole new level when she opened her first shop in downtown Olympia in the summer of 2012. Abby has an amazing commitment to building community. Abby’s Cookies and Cupcakes strives to spread joy – not only in the form of delicious baked goods – but also through neighborly customer service.
