Mission Statement of the Abundant life Word Fellowship

As part of the body of Christ our vision in Abundant Life word Fellowship is to reach the unreached peoples of Putnam and the surrounding counties in Georgia with the message of abundant life offered by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ(John 10:10), so that we can serve the Lord together.With Putnam County , Georgia as a launching ground, we shall reach the Nations with the same message: Our thrust is missions and our target shall be the unreached peoples.
To God's glory and through the power of the Holy Spirit, we desire to become a healing fellowship that intentionally reaches out to the lost and hurting through evangelism according to our Lord's command in Mark 16:15-18 & Matthew 28:18-20
God willing our goal in the next ten years of our existence is to build a church of 1000 member strength and an auditorium with one thousand five hundred seats to accommodate the people. Within the first fifteen years of our existence we intend to become a strong viable force in our community. Also within the same period of time by God's grace we intend to establish and operate a Christian Academy that will cater to the need or education in our community.
As a fellowship, we intend to accomplish this vision through ministration teaching of the scriptures, and stewardship among us which must involve the devotion of our gifts, time, treasure, and talents to the service of God and others.(2Corinthians6:18)
By God's grace , we shall seek to glorify God not only through acts of worship and praise in our fellowship but also in integrating our lives to the principles of the word taught.This we shall do in our family lives and practices, enthusiasm for our work, hobbies, and whatever it is that we do.
We shall, by God's grace, provide a non-judgmental, relevant atmosphere to introduce people to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and encourage them to grow i the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
In summary, we believe God's vision for us to be a contemporary Spirit-filled church which is mission minded, ,believer based, creative, bold and loving in service to the hurting, unevangelized, and undescipled. We are called to be a fellowship of faith, hope , love, forgiveness, and acceptance that reaches out to all people regardless of race, color,or nationality, to bring them into fellowship with one another and into Christian maturity. We shall be a haven of worship and prayer and provide opportunities for instruction, fellowship and growth.
